Facility
Our exclusive facility is spread over a 50,000 Sq. Ft. area with an In-house facility for aluminium billet casting. Uses imported press machines for the precision extrusion of aluminium profiles.

We maintain an informed team of technically qualified and well experienced work force with a proven track record for assisting our valued customers in new product development, alloy selection, drawing finalization, die designing, and manufacturing.
Homogenization furnace:
The homogenization process is done to ensure a more uniform distribution of elements within the aluminium billets.
Extrusion press:
Our extrusion facility is equipped with the most advanced equipment that is essential for high-precision aluminium profile extrusions. Our profiles, which are used in numerous automobiles, furniture, medical equipment, buildings, machinery, and other applications, are extruded using any of the three high-performance presses that we have installed. Our team's extrusion process expertise strengthens our ability to attend even the most complex profile sections, and our ongoing efforts to excel in our field have always kept us ahead of our competitors.
Foundry:
Oralium Systems & Profiles has an in-house gravity casting facility equipped with the most modern equipment to ensure quality billet casting for all our extrusion requirements. At our foundry, the aluminium is melted down using the hot top continuous casting method and then homogenized.
We possess the ability to cast custom required aluminium alloys with the support of our material development wing. We also have the availability of hot top casting facilities for billets of different diameters, and every casting is monitored by qualified and experienced personnel to ensure that the billets are of superior quality. We have deployed well defined process control measures and procedures to ensure defect free material casting.
Design:
The extrusion process of Oralium Systems & Profiles begins with the design process, for it is the design of the product, based on its intended use, that determines many of the ultimate production parameters. Questions regarding machinability, finishing, and environment of use will lead to the choice of alloy to be extruded. Our efficient designers are confident to deliver the best extrusion products in the field.
Package & delivery:
Quality packing and timely delivery are the advantages of Oralium Systems & Profiles. Profile bundles are packed for the final stages of transport to the customers in perfect shape. We use an integrated system to process customer orders and ensure quick processing and delivery.
